Who we are

Welcome to AITER

Avinya Institute of Technical Education and Research pvt. Ltd. (AITER) was established in December 2024 by Mr. Mahesh Poojari, a Strategic and Solution-oriented Pharmaceutical Quality Consultant with over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Mr. Mahesh is also the founder of Divine Analytical Consultancy, which provides consultancy services both in India and internationally. Throughout his career, he has leveraged his extensive experience to offer knowledge-based solutions, make informed decisions, and demonstrate a commitment to quality project development. He has worked with renowned companies like Ranbaxy Fine Chemicals and CIPLA.

Since May 2018, Mr. Mahesh has been practicing as an independent consultant, providing technical and regulatory support in various areas, including quality control, analytical development/validation, gap assessment, data integrity evaluation, and DMF & dossier compilation. Additionally, he offers customized training on various technical and analytical aspects. A successful career in the industry and his role as an independent consultant have allowed him to bridge the technical and analytical gap between development and commercialization. Moving forward, he aims to further bridge the gap between industry and academia.

With this vision, AITER was founded in December 2024.

We are placed in Turbhe–Navi Mumbai. Very close to Juinagar Railway station. We have inhouse analytical as well as technical capabilities to provide customised training course related to pharma, chemical & food industry. A customized training module is developed to bridge the gap between academia and industry, specifically in the pharmaceutical, chemical and food domains. We have HPLC, GC, Balance, Karl Fisher Titrator, Halogen Moisture Analyzer, pH Meter, etc.As part of future expansion, advanced techniques and software will be integrated into our services. A well-designed orientation course for final-year academic students will be a key focus, covering topics such as industry overview, regulations, various sections, career opportunities, and hands-on training. The center will also facilitate conducting analytical experiments for project work of candidates pursuing their specific research topic. It will also help to conduct QbD studies for academic or research projects.
